Krystian Kolondra

Krystian Kolondra, Opera Software’s Senior Vice President of Products, is responsible for Opera’s entire consumer products division. In 2006, he created Opera’s dynamically growing R&D center in Poland, where he holds the position of Country Manager. As the SVP for Desktop, he led the team that developed the completely new Opera for Windows and Mac in 2013. Prior to that, he served as SVP for TV Product Development in 2011 and 2012, managing the development of the Opera TV Store and other Opera TV products.
Prior joining Opera, Krystian worked in various managerial positions for Siemens and BenQ. He holds a Master‘s degree in Computer Science from the University of Wroclaw and has received a post-graduate diploma from the Higher School of Banking in Wroclaw.


Ivan Kozlov

Ivan Kozlov began his career in Aviasales.ru (Russia's #1 flights meta-search engine, known in Europe and the USA as JetRadar) in 2012. In the role as Product Manager, Ivan coordinate all mobile products for Aviasales.
Since his arrival, the total number for mobiles search has shown double figure growth and is now used by 600 000 users in Russia. In 2010 , Ivan Kozlov graduated from the Economics Faculty at St Pete State University.


Elena Pikunova

Before Opera Mediaworks Elena used to work as New Business&New Media Director in Resolutions agency (part of OMD OM Group). In 2010-2012 Elena was responsible for mobile solutions in SUP Media. From 2007 till 2010 she was the Head of Mobile Ad in international agency Ad Watch (linked by Isobar). Besides that, in 2000-2007 Elena was the Head of Internet marketing and mobile content in «Central Partnership».

Aleksey Raevskiy

Aleksey leads Lamoda's advertising channels and tech projects in marketing area. Marketing tech team is focused on automation of routine tasks and rising total productivity and efficiency. In 2013 Lamoda launched mobile apps and started campaings across different networks. Since start applications became an important part of marketing strategy, bringing new cliens and rising loyalty of audience.

Anna-Maria Treneva joined Facebook in December 2013. Prior to Facebook she was Chief New Media Officer at CTC Media from July 2010. At CTC Media she has launched their digital business (including Videomore. Domashniy.ru and transmedia projects) dramatically increasing CTC Media digital revenues. Prior joining CTC Media she served as a CEO of Next Media Entertainment, company leading in cross media projects for Russian television. At Next Media Entertainment Anna-Maria successfully launched many cross media shows and interactive services in Russia and CIS, some in partnership with Endemol Russia.
In 2013 finishes Stanford Graduate School of Business. Alumni of European Executive Academy for entertainment industry - Entertainment Masterclass.
